I just placed my order, what happens next?
First off, thank you for your order! We will hold your order for 8 hours before fulfilling. The reason why we do this is to prevent shipping out orders to the wrong address- this has happened to us a few times before. We wouldn't want you to pay for shipping twice, so please make sure to reach out to us if you accidentally typed something incorrectly on your order information. If you do not reach out to us after the 8 hour grace period, we will require you to pay shipping to the updated address or accept a refund. After that, we will fulfill your order and ship out within the next 24 hours.

How long should I be expected to wait for my order?

Orders in the United States take 2-5 days to arrive, as we ship USPS Priority. We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.

How can I track my order?
Your order will fulfill within 1 day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link in the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

Can I clean or wash my bands?
You absolutely can! Clean your bands with mild soap and warm water to scrub away any dirt or stains. Let hang to air dry.

Your prices are a bit high. I've seen cheaper resistance bands elsewhere.
Our bands are a bit higher on the price range, but we also priced them strategically according to what's on the market AND their quality. If you find cheaper bands, you are more than welcome to buy those. We invite you to read a small rundown on why we are the better choice and value:
Every single aspect of our bands is customized. Down to the size, logo, material, and color. We use thicker and more durable blends of material for our threading. Our colors are custom-mixed Pantone®, exclusively designed for us. In the design and manufacturing world, this means we pay double, sometimes triple the amount just to design one band. We aren't selling you presets or on-hand designs and sets like other sellers do. Our storage bags are also hand-sewn to ensure perfect fits. Lastly, you will always receive our bands in a custom box with stationary & small-artist commissioned stickers.
We take the extra step to ensure you have the best unboxing and usage experience. Best of all, every single one of our customers will always receive the best care.
