COVID-19 Business + Shipping Updates

We are online and open 24/7 for your convenience during this challenging time. We wanted to offer reassurance to our customers by sharing our guidelines and protocols for packaging and shipping.

As of September 2020, we are STILL forcing COVID-19 safety precautions into place and do not plan to cease restrictions. We want you to be 100% safe and confident when placing your order with us.

  • Since our brand launch, we have stored our products in bundles of 50 in airtight, weather-proof containers. They are safely stored in our small warehouse. 
  • Our resistance bands are individually sealed during production, so they are freshly slipped into a plastic sleeve before ever touching any other product. Products are then handled with sterile, rubber gloves for extra safety.
  • Currently, we are only packaging in-warehouse and taking extra precaution of hand-washing, wearing gloves and proper PPE. Our shipping boxes are also opened and formed per order, so they are never exposed beforehand.
  • According to the latest CDC updates, packages are not at risk of contamination. However, we still advise our customers to wash their hands, dispose of packaging materials, and wipe down surfaces after coming into contact with your delivered package.

All deliveries are handled by USPS couriers and are out of our control. Orders may arrive earlier or later than expected. Due to COVID-19, delays have become more frequent. We ask that you remain patient and if your package becomes lost, we will be there to help you resolve the issue.
